Product Returns:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and offer product refunds under the following terms:

Products must have been purchased directly from Francis R Beverly Hills Website (We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets.) Products must be returned within 10 days from receipt of your package. You must contact customer service and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which must accompany your return. Please include your receipt (or a note) with your name, phone number, and your reason for returning the product(s). We cannot accept returns on overly used products. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds. This Return Policy does not include Exchanges.
